OHS accepts Admin Per Se as proof of requirement to enroll in a DUI program prior to the defendant’s court appearance. This may allow DMV to reinstate driving privileges. If you have questions specific to an OHS location please call the office phone number with your questions.
OHS offers the following - State licensed DUI Programs, Alcohol and Drug Assessments (ASI), Anger Management (San Diego County only), Survival Towards Adulthood Referral (STAR) program is a youthful offender visitation program, ages 18-24 (in San Diego County and Santa Clara Counties only).

If OHS doesn’t have a program in your county we suggest you look at the California Department of Healthcare Services website for a listing of programs in your area at: www.dhcs.ca.gov California Driving Under the Influence program fees are set by each County and approved by the State; please contact the one closest to you to determine the program cost.
